기록반장 개인정보처리방침

1. 수집 및 저장하는 정보

기록반장은 별도의 회원가입, 로그인, 개발자 서버 계정을 제공하지 않습니다.

앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보가 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장될 수 있습니다.

• 현장명, 발주처, 주소, 공정, 작업 단계, 메모 등 사용자가 입력한 기록 정보
• 사용자가 촬영하거나 불러온 사진, 보드판이 적용된 사진, 썸네일
• 보드판 서식, 날짜 형식, 사진 품질, 폴더, 보고서 서식 등 앱 설정 정보
• 사용자가 위치 기록을 켠 경우 사진 촬영 위치의 GPS 좌표, 정확도, 기록 시각
• PDF, Excel, 백업 파일 등 사용자가 생성하거나 내보낸 문서 파일
• 인앱 구매 상태 확인에 필요한 Pro 이용권 활성화 상태

위 정보는 앱 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 사용자의 기기 내부 저장소에 보관됩니다.

2. 카메라, 사진, 파일 및 위치 권한

• 카메라 권한은 앱 내부 카메라로 보드판 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용됩니다.
• 사진 선택은 Android 시스템 사진 선택기 또는 사용자가 선택한 외부 앱을 통해 이루어질 수 있습니다.
• 파일 접근은 사용자가 백업 파일을 가져오거나 PDF, Excel, 백업 파일을 저장할 때 사용됩니다.
• 위치 권한은 사용자가 위치 기록 기능을 선택한 경우에만 사진 기록에 GPS 좌표를 저장하기 위해 사용됩니다.

위치 기록 기능을 사용하지 않거나 권한을 거부하면 GPS 좌표는 기록되지 않습니다.

3. 정보의 이용 목적

• 보드판 사진 촬영 및 사진 정리 기능 제공
• 현장, 폴더, 공정, 작업 단계별 기록 관리
• 사진대지, PDF, Excel 등 문서 생성 및 공유
• 사용자 설정, 보드판 서식, 최근 작업 상태 저장
• 선택한 경우 사진 위치 기록 및 지도 앱 연결
• Google Play 인앱 결제를 통한 Pro 기능 제공 및 구매 복원

4. 제3자 SDK 및 외부 서비스

기록반장은 현재 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

인앱 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 과정에서 Google은 결제 처리, 구매 확인, 환불 및 구독 또는 상품 관리에 필요한 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google의 데이터 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.

위치 기능은 Android 및 Google Play services 기반 위치 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 지도 보기 또는 공유 기능을 선택하는 경우 사용자가 선택한 지도 앱, 메신저, 이메일, 클라우드 저장 앱 등 외부 앱으로 정보가 전달될 수 있습니다.

5. 공유, 백업 및 문서 내보내기

사용자가 공유, 저장, 백업, 복원, PDF 생성, Excel 생성 기능을 선택하면 사진, 현장 정보, GPS 정보, 보드판 서식, 보고서 데이터가 사용자가 선택한 외부 앱이나 저장 위치로 전달될 수 있습니다. 이 전송은 사용자의 명시적인 조작에 의해 이루어집니다.

Google Drive, 이메일, 메신저, 파일 관리자 등 외부 서비스로 전송된 데이터의 보관 및 삭제는 해당 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.

6. 보관 및 삭제

앱 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장되며, 사용자는 앱 내 삭제 기능 또는 기기 설정의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능을 통해 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내부의 앱 데이터도 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.

사용자가 갤러리나 외부 저장 위치에 저장한 사진, PDF, Excel, 백업 파일은 앱 삭제 후에도 기기 또는 외부 서비스에 남아 있을 수 있으며, 해당 위치에서 사용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

7. 아동 개인정보

기록반장은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 현장 사진 기록과 문서 정리를 위한 일반 사용자 대상 도구입니다.

8. 보안

기록반장은 사용자의 현장 기록과 사진을 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 다만 사용자가 직접 공유하거나 백업한 파일은 사용자가 선택한 저장 위치와 외부 서비스의 보안 정책에 따라 보호됩니다.

9. 개인정보처리방침 변경

본 개인정보처리방침은 앱 기능 변경, 법령 또는 Google Play 정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 본 페이지를 통해 안내됩니다.

Record Banjang Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Record Banjang. Record Banjang helps users take board-overlay photos, organize field records, and create photo reports or documents.

1. Information Collected and Stored

Record Banjang does not provide account registration, login, or developer-operated server accounts.

The following information may be stored locally on the user's device to provide app features:

• Field names, clients, addresses, tasks, stages, notes, and other record data entered by the user
• Photos captured or imported by the user, board-applied photos, and thumbnails
• Board templates, date formats, photo quality settings, folders, report templates, and app preferences
• GPS coordinates, accuracy, and recorded time if the user enables location recording
• PDF, Excel, backup, or other document files generated or exported by the user
• Pro entitlement status required for in-app purchase features

This information is not sent to the app developer's server and is stored locally on the user's device.

2. Camera, Photos, Files, and Location Permissions

• Camera permission is used to take board-overlay photos in the in-app camera.
• Photo selection may be handled through the Android system photo picker or an external app selected by the user.
• File access is used when the user imports backup files or saves PDF, Excel, or backup files.
• Location permission is used only when the user chooses to record GPS coordinates with photo records.

If location recording is disabled or permission is denied, GPS coordinates are not recorded.

3. Purpose of Use

• Providing board photo capture and photo organization features
• Managing records by field, folder, task, and work stage
• Creating and sharing photo reports, PDF files, and Excel files
• Saving user settings, board templates, and recent work state
• Recording photo locations and opening map apps when selected by the user
• Providing Pro features and purchase restoration through Google Play in-app purchases

4. Third-Party SDKs and External Services

Record Banjang does not currently use advertising SDKs.

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play's billing system. Google may process information required for payment processing, purchase verification, refunds, and product management. Google's processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google Play policies.

Location features may use Android and Google Play services-based location functionality. If the user chooses map viewing or sharing features, information may be passed to external apps selected by the user, such as map apps, messengers, email apps, or cloud storage apps.

5. Sharing, Backup, and Document Export

When the user chooses to share, save, back up, restore, create PDF files, or create Excel files, photos, field information, GPS information, board templates, and report data may be sent to the external app or storage location selected by the user. This transfer occurs only through the user's explicit action.

Data sent to external services such as Google Drive, email, messengers, or file managers is governed by the policies of those services.

6. Retention and Deletion

App data is stored on the user's device. Users can delete data through in-app deletion features or through device settings. Deleting the app may also delete app data stored on the device.

Photos, PDF files, Excel files, and backup files saved to the gallery or external storage may remain after the app is deleted. Users should delete those files directly from the relevant location or external service.

7. Children's Privacy

Record Banjang is not directed to children. The app is a general-purpose tool for field photo records and document organization.

8. Security

Record Banjang does not transmit users' field records or photos to a developer-operated server. Files shared or backed up by the user are protected according to the storage location and external service selected by the user.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to app feature changes, legal requirements, or Google Play policy changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
